We make reasonable efforts to display product colours accurately. However, colours displayed on phones, monitors and other screens can vary significantly depending on the device and its settings. Digital images should therefore not be considered an exact representation of a physical paint colour.

5. Colour-Matched & Custom Paint Products

Certain Verf-Coat products are mixed or manufactured specifically to the customer's requirements. These may include colour-matched aerosol paints, touch-up paints and other specially mixed paint products.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle registration numbers, paint codes, colour information and any other information requested when placing an order.

Where paint is mixed according to information supplied by the customer, Verf-Coat cannot accept responsibility for an incorrect colour specification resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.

A vehicle registration or paint code identifies the manufacturer's colour specification but does not necessarily guarantee an invisible or exact physical match to the paint currently on a vehicle.

Vehicle paint can change in appearance over time due to factors including age, UV exposure, weathering, previous repairs, refinishing and manufacturing variation.

For this reason, customers should test colour-matched paint in a small or inconspicuous area, or on a suitable test card, before completing a repair wherever practical.

Colour-matched and custom-made products are subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

6. Product Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended application and are used in accordance with the product instructions, safety information and any applicable technical guidance.

Paint and refinishing results can be affected by preparation, application technique, substrate condition, temperature, humidity, compatibility with other products and other factors outside Verf-Coat's control.

Where appropriate, customers should use suitable personal protective equipment and follow all safety information supplied with the product.

Products intended for professional use should only be used by persons with the appropriate knowledge, equipment and facilities.

7. Orders & Customer Information

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel orders where reasonably necessary.

If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to contact you using the email address, telephone number or other contact information supplied when the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, delivery and contact information.

Please check your order details carefully before submitting your purchase, particularly when ordering colour-matched or custom-made products.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Some products, including aerosols, paints and other potentially hazardous or flammable goods, may be subject to courier or transportation restrictions. This can affect the delivery services and destinations available.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged items and custom-made products are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Colour-matched and other custom-made products cannot generally be returned because of a change of mind once they have been produced specifically for your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to applicable consumer law.
