We mix your touch up pen using the manufacturer's colour information for your vehicle. However, automotive colours can naturally vary from vehicle to vehicle — even when they share exactly the same paint code.

What do I do if my vehicle has been repainted a different colour?
If your vehicle has previously been repainted in a different colour, please don't order using your registration, as this will usually identify the vehicle's original factory colour.
Instead, if you know the paint manufacturer and colour code used during the repaint, simply provide this when ordering and we'll use this information to mix your paint.
Will i need Laquer/Clearcoat?
No, All Verf-Coat touch up pens are made with an all in one formula that will provide a satin/gloss finish. If you require a little more gloss, simpliy run over the painted area with a little bit of polish.
Can I return a Colour Matched Product?
As our colour-matched products are mixed specifically to your order and vehicle, they are considered personalised/custom-made products and therefore cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind.
Of course, if your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
What is the 2 in 1 applicator?
Each pen features two application methods. The precision needle tip is designed for small stone chips and fine scratches, while the built-in brush is ideal for larger chips and areas requiring more coverage.
Can you match a custom or non-standard colour?
Yes! We use precision colour scanning equipment and in-depth matching techniques to create a colour based directly on your existing paintwork.
We'll need a physical painted panel or sample to scan and match against. To arrange a custom colour match, simply get in contact with us and we'll guide you through the process.
