Do I need to sand the damaged area first?
For the best results, we recommend lightly sanding any rough or raised edges around the damaged area before applying the paint. This will help create a smoother, less noticeable repair.
For small chips and light scratches, sanding may not be necessary — simply make sure the area is clean, dry and free from dirt or grease before application.
Will i need Laquer/Clearcoat?
No, All Verf-Coat Alloy Wheel touch up pens are made with an all in one formula that will provide a gloss finish.
