No. Our Alloy Wheel Paint uses an all in one colour and gloss formula, so a separate clearcoat isn't required.
What surfaces can I apply the Alloy Wheel Paint to?
It's designed for refinishing properly prepared and primed alloy wheels. Always ensure the surface is clean, dry and correctly prepared before painting.
How many coats should I apply?
Apply multiple light, even coats until full and consistent coverage is achieved. Avoid trying to achieve full coverage with one heavy coat.
How many wheels will one 400ml aerosol cover?
Our Recommendation is one 400ml aerosol per wheel, this is to ensure full coverage and the best longevity.
Can I repair just one damaged area instead of painting the whole wheel?
Yes, the paint can be used for localised repairs. However, differences in the existing wheel colour, age and finish may make the repaired area more noticeable.
